Originally from the Midwest, Valerie grew up in N. Dallas (Richardson) and then attended The University of Texas at Austin. She moved with her family to Kingwood in 2005, where she concentrates her real estate practice. She's passionate about sharing the family-friendly neighborhood with clients, friends, and other agents. She knows the Kingwood real estate inventory like the back of her hand, and loves the people who make up the close-knit community. Also, having moved six times before she was in Middle School, so she knows firsthand what families and their children need while transitioning into a new neighborhood and school.

Valerie grew up in a real estate family. Her mother, Betty Misko, is a real estate executive in Dallas with over 40 years of experience. Growing up in a hard-working real estate family is one reason Valerie cites her mother as her personal and professional inspiration. Prior to becoming a residential sales Realtor, Valerie gained substantial business experience working in property management, marketing, copywriting, proofreading and project management. Her keen eye for detail has served her well in her real estate career.

When she isn't working, Valerie can be found at home in Kingwood, spending time with her family and friends.

Jarrah Fulghum is an experienced Real Estate Agent in North East Houston. She started out as an assistant to a top producing agent in 2009 and was inspired to get her Real Estate license in 2014. In the first year of real estate, she took a break and went into new construction, was awarded 3 communities, and won the "Hat Trick" trophy by selling 3 houses per day. She also created a competition analysis spreadsheet that helped the company shop the competition better. Then from 2016-2020 she was celebrated many times for Multi-Million Dollar Producer, Triple Crown, 100% Club, and Double Club. In 2018 she joined an up and coming title company, and she was awarded the Sales Award in 2020. In 2022 She produced right under $6 Million. She is very passionate and generous. She gives back to her community and nationwide charities, is a member of 2 chamber of commerce's, She serves her clients in the North East Houston area for 10+ years and specializes in Listing Properties, Luxury, and Residential. She is creative in her marketing strategies and is beneficial when selling for top dollar, she knows what to do to get you there. She is highly energetic, Organized, and Efficient in her field.

I have been living in Kingwood for 15 years with my husband and daughter. I was very active with the Humble ISD Education Foundation. I was the Executive Director of the Humble Rodeo and BBQ Cook-off and have been for 6 years. Due to the excessive volunteer work over the years I was named as one of the "Heroes for Children" by the State of Texas Department of Education. I know this area well and love living here. My goal is to find my clients a home they want or sell their home to move on to another. The best part of my job is to work very hard to see the look on my clients face while saying, "this is the one" or to be excited to hear their house has an offer.
