Hi, I'm Susan and have had an interest in real estate since I was a kid. After quite a few years in the legal field, it is only natural that I am now a Realtor, myself. My legal background has given me a great deal of experience with contracts, which is a benefit to my clients. My true passions are travel and animals. I'm very fortunate to have had the opportunity to visit many different countries. Having friends around the world is a blessing, and together we have helped many animals in need. I've lived in numerous areas of Houston, giving me a vast knowledge of the surrounding area and it's communities. It's in my nature to help others and I love guiding first time home buyers. Their excitement is contagious. Whether it is finding a larger property for a growing family, or assisting someone that is ready to downsize; my goal is to always have a real understanding of my clients' needs in a home. Prior to my career as a Realtor, the previous four years I was the marketing director and office manager for some of the best financial advisors in Kingwood. I’m a native Houstonian and an honor graduate from University of Houston. I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 1991 with Summa Cum Laude honors.

I’m proud to be living the American Dream. I work hard and believe there’s a time to work, play and pray. I’ve been blessed with two beautiful children. Being a stay at home mother for six years was my most important job. Through the years, I’ve primarily been an entrepreneur in a wide range of different types of businesses, from the family business of Shipley Do-Nuts to a travel agency and even an elevator Shaft cleaning service as well as I was a realtor in Clear Lake in 1994. Currently, I’m dedicated to helping people find their Dream Home.

My devotion is to God, family and building relationships. I’ve built some of the best friendships serving my community. I joined the Kingwood Women’s Club in 2013 and they served two organizations that I had already been serving. I volunteer at Family Time, Humble Area Assistance Ministries and The Source for Women.

My holistic approach to life, coupled with my entrepreneurial experiences, my love of people and my passion for building relationships have enabled me to build successful businesses and to give back to the community. When you’re ready to find your dream home, I’m honored to help.

Michael R Lloyd brings to the table for his clients many years of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service experience, competent negotiating skills and business management expertise. He has also owned homes which include rental properties he managed for himself as a private investor. An active leader in the community, Michael is a member of the Lake Houston Chamber of Commerce and the Houston, Texas and National Association of Realtors.
Prior to beginning his Real Estate career Michael owned and operated a manufacturing company in Houston, producing aluminum and bronze castings and precision machining. As an industry leader he is Past Chairman of the Texas Chapter of the American Foundry Society and Past President of the Houston Chapter of the National Tooling and Machining Association. He also holds a degree in Business Management.
A native Houstonian, Michael lives in the Atascocita area and is a member of The Walden Golf & Country Club and Humble Area's First Baptist Church. Michael enjoys playing golf and poker, country dancing, traveling and politics.
