With my background in Accounting, I understand my clients attention to finance. My goal as a seller's representative is to exclusively assess; market and help ease the negotiation process for each unique home. I also experienced negotiations with first time home buyers during my years of working for a home builder. This experience helped me learn the market for both moderate to custom built homes.
