I am Greg Cagle and I work at Palmer Real Estate. I specialize in waterfront/waterview properties and houses around Lake Livingston. I also service the Walker and San Jacinto County area. My goal is to help you in your real estate transactions whether it be purchasing, investing or selling, a home, land or commercial property. I am a realtor for one reason. I want you to have a better experience than I had myself. Here's what I mean, I've had some bad experiences a time or two with real estate agents in the past who behaved unethically, falsifying documents, and disclosing privileged information to others, To be fair, I've also had wonderful experiences with agents who never said no through the many times my wife and I explored the possibility of owning our own home, and who went the xtra mile, finding us property before it even made it to market. So, when I found myself ready to retire from teaching, I took the plunge and went to school to become a real estate agent myself. Since then, I've been told time and again by clients and other agents, as well, that they appreciate my open and honest approach to real estate. Let me give you a little background. I was shaped as a child by divorce, a cross-country relocation, frequent moves, economic instability, and a difficult home life. I took a lot of that into my marriage, and ended up moving from job to job and rental home to rental home for an entire decade. Eventually maturity caught up with me (or I with it) and I settled down to become a pastor and a public school teacher. Now I am retired from both, but I continue to educate and serve; only now real estate is my subject and my clients are my flock. I commit to serve you and your family wholeheartedly until you find the home you're looking for, or sell the one you've got. I currently work for Heart of Texas Real Estate and Management Company, an independent, full-service real estate brokerage located in Huntsville, Texas. I cannot tell you how excited I am to be working at an local office with a 35 year history. This is a great opportunity for me to grow into many other facets of real estate, including farm and ranch, commercial and property management. Althea has had an active brokers license for thirty eight years. Althea is a member of National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and Houston Association of Realtors. Cristina loves #realestating 24/7. Born and raised in the heart of Central America, in the Republic of Honduras. She is proud Alumni of the American School of Tegucigalpa, where she got her International Baccalaureate, following family tradition she moved to Texas. She lived in Austin and College Station before falling in love with Huntsville, where she graduated business school at Sam Houston State University. She comes from a family of Real Estate Agents & Entrepreneurs, and became a Real Estate Professional in 2014.
