Margo Duke has an extensive background of 25 years in all phases of Real Estate. She attended Lamar University in Beaumont, majoring in Real Estate. She was one of the first female Appraisers in Austin before becoming a FEMA Housing Inspector. She continued her love of Real Estate education and her desire to be a well rounded resource for Clients. Margo served as a Senior Loan Officer and was a Marketing Director where she won the Realtor's Association Affiliate of the Year award. Ms. Duke spent several years in Washington's wine country as a Real Estate Broker for a luxury boutique firm who are sponsors of the Seattle Seahawks. Margo served on the Board of Directors for her local MLS.

Experience: I acquired my Real Estate Salesman License in 1992. I spent 7 years selling Farm and Ranch and Residential properties at my families Brokerage in Centerville in Centerville Texas. I moved to Conroe in 1994, in 1999 I started selling homes in the Lake Conroe Area. I obtained a Broker's License in 2003. I was born in Houston and moved to The Woodlands in 1970. After graduating, I went into the construction industry for over 20 years in all aspects of residential construction including being a Master Trim Carpenter and Custom Cabinet Builder. As the years came upon me, I moved my focus into sales where I stayed for many years until I bought my first business serving the legal community. After 13 years of self employment, my focus is back on what I loved the most. Helping people in the sales aspect of their dreams.
