Dawn came to the Lake Livingston area as a weekender in the 1970's. She relocated to Coldspring in 1994 with her husband and two children. A graduate of Texas A&M, Dawn reentered the workforce as a math teacher. Her introduction to real estate in 2012 was the catalyst to pursue a career where she can be of service to the community that has become her home. With a heart for people and continuing education, Dawn has pursued additional education in real estate to further her knowledge and expertise in the field. In addition to her current real estate designations (GRI, CNE, SMP, and CSMS), she obtained her broker's license in 2017 in an effort to better serve her clientele. I was born in Houston and moved to The Woodlands in 1970. After graduating, I went into the construction industry for over 20 years in all aspects of residential construction including being a Master Trim Carpenter and Custom Cabinet Builder. As the years came upon me, I moved my focus into sales where I stayed for many years until I bought my first business serving the legal community. After 13 years of self employment, my focus is back on what I loved the most. Helping people in the sales aspect of their dreams. Margo Duke has an extensive background of 25 years in all phases of Real Estate. She attended Lamar University in Beaumont, majoring in Real Estate. She was one of the first female Appraisers in Austin before becoming a FEMA Housing Inspector. She continued her love of Real Estate education and her desire to be a well rounded resource for Clients. Margo served as a Senior Loan Officer and was a Marketing Director where she won the Realtor's Association Affiliate of the Year award. Ms. Duke spent several years in Washington's wine country as a Real Estate Broker for a luxury boutique firm who are sponsors of the Seattle Seahawks.
