I am a native Houstonian who has lived in several suburbs surrounding Houston. After working as a stay-at-home mom for many years, I had the opportunity to pursue a career outside of the home. As a Commercial Broker I specialize in Landlord / Tenant Representation Leasing in The Woodlands and North Houston area. Monica has lived in Texas the majority of her life. Monica grew up in Dallas where she started her love in Real Estate. Monica worked in property management for 6 years, loved it so much, she started real estate school. During that time her husband, James, transferred their family to Houston for his job in the oil and gas industry. As they settled down Monica then continued to finish Real Estate school. When Monica isn't working she stays busy with their son, Kaden, and all his activities. From being on the PTO board at his school, on the NCFL board for his football, team mom in football as well as soccer, and making sure he is well suited up when he decides to go off and ride his dirt bike. Their family enjoys going to Colorado through out the year. In the winter Monica skis, and James and Kaden snowboard. In the summer they enjoy white water rafting, hiking, mountain biking, and going to the skatepark.
