I have lived in Montgomery for almost 2 years with my husband and our 3 handsome boys. Before coming to Montgomery we lived in Spring for 11 years. I was a stay at home mom prior to becoming a Real Estate agent. I decided to become a Real Estate agent because it provides a path to financial freedom, a flexible schedule, and the personal fulfillment of helping families own their home.

As a top producing agent on a top team in the Houston area real estate market I am proud to serve Montgomery County and surrounding areas. A lifelong Montgomery County resident and graduate of Conroe High School, I am able to supply local market insight not all agents can. Having been in credit and finance for over 15 years I am able to provide knowledge and guidance throughout your entire transaction. In my personal life I am a wife, mother and pet parent. My husband and I are raising two amazing sons, one is pursuing his dream of becoming a professional pilot and one is a sophomore in high school. We have two rescue cats, Lola and Felicia, along with our rescue dog Bubba. I am passionate about animal rescue and have a love for travel and food!

Monica has lived in Texas the majority of her life. Monica grew up in Dallas where she started her love in Real Estate. Monica worked in property management for 6 years, loved it so much, she started real estate school. During that time her husband, James, transferred their family to Houston for his job in the oil and gas industry. As they settled down Monica then continued to finish Real Estate school. Monica enjoys looking at homes, and is dedicated in making sure that her clients find the best fit for their lifestyle. Monica has an eye for detail and a personality that gets anyone interested , which is perfect for listing your home.

When Monica isn't working she stays busy with their son, Kaden, and all his activities. From being on the PTO board at his school, on the NCFL board for his football, team mom in football as well as soccer, and making sure he is well suited up when he decides to go off and ride his dirt bike. Their family enjoys going to Colorado through out the year. In the winter Monica skis, and James and Kaden snowboard. In the summer they enjoy white water rafting, hiking, mountain biking, and going to the skatepark.

Monica commits to making peoples lives change with opening up doors to their new home and closing them to the old. She loves to see that feeling of gratitude, and the smiles her clients give off when they have just closed on a home.
