I have been a Real Estate Broker since 1984. In the past I have represented buyers, sellers or acted as an intermediary. Most of my more recent years sales have NOT been listed properties on MLS and were not homes. There is no transaction history on HAR. I represent buyers or sellers. With seller the property needs to be aggressively advertised for the most exposure. Rightly so. My emphasis on privately representing a buyer is to find the property that meets their needs. I have seen in many cases where private business transactions were successfully closed to the benefit of both parties and keeping them private was definitely in the best interest of both parties. I work to maintain confidential relationships to find the property that meets your needs whether its on the market or not. In many cases I have found that by contacting property owners or building relationships in the area, sellers appreciate the Realtor bringing to their attention any interest someone has in their property even though its not advertised for sale. I like to compare real estate transactions to roller coaster rides. There is always thrill and excitement, but often the loops and surprises can be scary. Sometimes the ride is so quick that you can't believe it's already time to vacate. Other times, there are obstacles and delays, slowing the ride down to a complete stop mid track.

I'm a proud native Texan and Houstonian that loves my home state and all that it has to offer. Originally from the Clear Lake area, I've enjoyed our peaceful Galveston beaches and coastal waterways my entire life, and currently love living in Montgomery County in the close-knit community of Woodforest, just minutes away from The Woodlands and beautiful Lake Conroe. The Heights and Oak Forest just outside of Downtown Houston have played major roles in my love for real estate and are my second home and where you can find me spending time with family and friends, and dining at all the best restaurants.

I grew up in Slovenia, daughter of a producing vintner. I moved to San Francisco as a young adult, where I apprenticed and worked in kitchen design. A Houston resident for 26 years, I've been working in real estate for 15 years as an independent business owner with a specialty in interior design and home staging. I purchased, remodeled and sold numerous Houston homes, tending personally to all details from structural repairs to aesthetic finish. I became a licensed realtor 3 years ago and enjoy applying my skills to help other buyers and sellers achieve optimal investment outcomes.
