I like to compare real estate transactions to roller coaster rides. There is always thrill and excitement, but often the loops and surprises can be scary. Sometimes the ride is so quick that you can't believe it's already time to vacate. Other times, there are obstacles and delays, slowing the ride down to a complete stop mid track.
My job as a real estate agent is to make the experience of buying and or selling real estate as smooth and profitable as possible.
