Bob & Shelly Atteberry are excited about their Real Estate journey. Shelly retired after 38 years of working at the Federal Reserve in Houston, spending most of her time in cash operations. Bob retired after 32 years in Education, of which the last 20 were spent as Head Principal. We chose real estate because we love working with and meeting new people and it helps meet our servant leadership. Melissa is a 3rd Generation Real Estate Agent and proud to be a part of this wonderful area in Texas! She is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor's degree in English, and Minor in Mass Communications. She enjoyed teaching elementary and middle school students for several years. Not only did this give her ample experience in paying attention to the details and multitasking, it gave her an inside look to the wonderful schools and families that reside within Montgomery County!
Melissa and her husband, David, were both raised in Montgomery County and graduated from Magnolia High School. They have been blessed to continue their family legacy here, raising their children close to grandparents and in the community that they have loved for so long. In their spare time they enjoy giving back to the community through local schools and church, spending time with family, and attending local events.

I like to compare real estate transactions to roller coaster rides. There is always thrill and excitement, but often the loops and surprises can be scary. Sometimes the ride is so quick that you can't believe it's already time to vacate. Other times, there are obstacles and delays, slowing the ride down to a complete stop mid track.





My job as a real estate agent is to make the experience of buying and or selling real estate as smooth and profitable as possible.

Monica has lived in Texas the majority of her life. Monica grew up in Dallas where she started her love in Real Estate. Monica worked in property management for 6 years, loved it so much, she started real estate school. During that time her husband, James, transferred their family to Houston for his job in the oil and gas industry. As they settled down Monica then continued to finish Real Estate school. Monica enjoys looking at homes, and is dedicated in making sure that her clients find the best fit for their lifestyle. Monica has an eye for detail and a personality that gets anyone interested , which is perfect for listing your home.

When Monica isn't working she stays busy with their son, Kaden, and all his activities. From being on the PTO board at his school, on the NCFL board for his football, team mom in football as well as soccer, and making sure he is well suited up when he decides to go off and ride his dirt bike. Their family enjoys going to Colorado through out the year. In the winter Monica skis, and James and Kaden snowboard. In the summer they enjoy white water rafting, hiking, mountain biking, and going to the skatepark.

Monica commits to making peoples lives change with opening up doors to their new home and closing them to the old. She loves to see that feeling of gratitude, and the smiles her clients give off when they have just closed on a home.
