Dana Colborn is a dedicated and passionate REALTOR with a strong belief in faith, integrity, and trust as the foundations of life and work. Born and raised in the Ft. Worth metroplex, Dana grew up on a 16-acre property where she developed a love for horses and participated in 4-H and Quarter Horse shows. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology.



After completing her education, Dana worked as a Medical Technologist and Laboratory Director. In 1995, she married her husband, Jack, and together they have three children. They have been residents of the Montgomery/Lake Conroe area since 2007, with a prior residence in the greater Houston area from 1993-2005. They briefly lived in Northern Ohio from 2005-2007 before returning to Texas.



In 2015, Dana decided to make a career shift and entered the real estate business with Top Guns Realty. During her time there, she gained valuable experience and knowledge in the industry. In 2020, she joined the Pam Westlake Realty Group, led by Pam Westlake, Owner/Broker. With over 31 years of experience supporting her, Dana is committed to providing excellent service, achieving results, and upholding professional business ethics.

I had a couple who were moving to Houston from New Jersey that contacted me on the internet. She was 8 months pregnant when she arrived to look at homes. We were not able to find the home she wanted while she was here. She had to return to deliver their baby. Time had run out! She told me to please keep looking with her husband. She felt I knew exactly what she was looking for. Her husband and I continued to look for houses. We found one I thought she would like. I sent her pictures of the home by internet. She told her husband if he liked it and I thought it was what she would like to go ahead and purchase. We did and after delivery she moved into her new home in Houston without ever seeing it. I called a few days after her arrival to see if she liked her new home. She absolutely loved it. I knew she would, I had listened to what was important to her. Prior to getting her real estate license, Stephanie started out in the medical field. In 2018, She and her husband began a carpentry company, which brought a whole new passion to her life.
