What separates me from other agents is my objective to do all things with intention. I like to think there is an art to negotiations with market driven data to back up our plan. My listings average a sold price of 98.9% of the list price (while the market average is almost 5% less), meaning your house is priced, presented, & negotiated to get top dollar. Every piece of your listing and purchase contract are strategically done to help you achieve optimal results. My goal is to aggressively negotiate for you every step of the way and to give you a clear & realistic picture of the journey ahead.

The best part of our business is not only getting clients into great homes but the relationships that form. This industry is built on referrals and I like to think that if any of my past clients are to refer me, I must be able to exceed their expectations in every category! Tammy Longdon retired from her first career with almost thirty years so this should show the dedication she has when performing her job. Tammy is very family oriented and loves spending time with her family. She cherishes her husband, parents and two sons. Alex was born in Houston and raised in Cypress, Texas where he attended Cy-Fair High school. Upon graduation, he signed a minor league baseball contract with the Atlanta Braves, where he played for one season. After being released in the Spring of 1991, he started attending Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas on a full scholarship where in 1996 he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology. While still in college he earned a Real Estate License and started practicing in 1994 and in 1996 he earned a Broker License. Shortly after graduation he left the field of real estate to put his degree to work in the Building Products Industry. In 2010 he decided to leave the design field and return to pursue his passion for Real Estate full time. Alex says:
