With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, Michael Evans serves as Manager of Brokerage Services for MHW Real Estate. He earned a Bachelor degree in business administration before learning his craft at The National Realty Group, Lee & Associates and the CoStar Group of Houston. In addition to his duties at MHW Real Estate, Evans is the director of finance and serves on the board of directors for the Texas Music Throwdown, an annual charitable event benefiting wounded military veterans through non-profit organizations.

David attended The University of Texas at Austin prior to beginning his real estate career. David previously served on the Legislative Committee of the Texas Association of Realtors. I have been blessed to call the Conroe area home for over 15 years. Throughout the years, I have been an advocate for various people during challenging times in their lives. Working with others through various challenges is one of my passions. Because of my experiences, I will partner with you as you navigate the home buying or selling process. In addition to advocating for and helping others, I have partnered with my husband in managing all aspects of a family-owned business, with multiple employees. I created many new systems to which allowed the business run more efficiently. More recently, I had the privilege of working with a local custom home builder. I worked with clients throughout the construction process to see their dreams of a new home come to life. During this time, I also earned my Bachelor's Degree from Sam Houston State University. It was after these events, I realized my heart is not only in helping others, but also working in the home and real estate field where I am able to combine both my skills and passions.
