I have been a life long resident of Montgomery County. I have previously been involved in the local business community through banking and running a business in Conroe and Willis. I am also involved in the community through several civic organizations. I will help you find the right home or business location for you.

Katie Brannon joined the MHW team as Senior Director. She brings over 30 years of sales, marketing, and project management experience across a variety of industries, including software, real estate, insurance, retail, and hospitality, along with close to eight years as a top producer in Luxury Residential. Katie's experience, knowledge, and attention to detail have made for a smooth transition into the commercial segment, while she continues to serve her residential clients. She is a trusted advisor and her focus is her clients' goals. Katie moved to Montgomery County in 1971, and enjoys both her deep ties in the community and building new relationships.
