Bendi, a native of Mississippi, began her career as a Registered Nurse after graduating with a Bachelor of Science from Troy University in Alabama and has lived in states from coast to coast, Virginia to California. She moved to Houston with her family in 2004 and later transitioned to a career in Real Estate. As a mother of three, she has extensive knowledge of local schools both private and public. Her prior volunteer efforts include area schools, civic clubs, homeowner associations, museums, mentor programs, and more. Taking advantage of Houston's close proximity to the gulf has led to an increased knowledge and appreciation of the Galveston area as well. With southern hospitality and an eye for detail, Bendi is eager to help you find your next home sweet home.

Robin Van Zant comes to real estate naturally, following in the footsteps of her mother's highly successful 30 year plus career in residential real estate. Fresh out of grad school, Robin began her career by mentoring under two of Houston's well known luxury real estate agents. After gaining top-knowledge, she hit the ground running and the rest is history! Known for her high energy, can-do attitude, and unmatched devotion to her clients, her success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. Active in the market since 2006, she has been acknowledged for her creative marketing , savvy negotiation skills and consistently ranking as a company wide Top Producer.

Robin is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology minoring in Sociology. She was a member of the Texas A&M Women's Chorus, and an active member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. One of her greatest joys while she attended, was watching her brother play wide-receiver for the Texas Aggie football team. She went on to her graduate studies in clinical psychology at the University of Houston. Robin loves to call Houston her home, because she enjoys the diversity the city has to offer and the friendly people (this is Texas after all). Whether you are looking for an urban or suburban lifestyle she is a corporate Relocation Specialist and serves the greater Houston market area. Her goal is to help her clients find the right niche, feel confident in their purchase, and enjoy the city as much as she does.

Robin spends most of her free time giving back to the community through various charitable organizations and philanthropy. Having had Juvenile Diabetes since the age of 13, Robin has given her time and energy fighting the disease and currently sits on the Board for The Houston Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Gulf Coast Chapter. She proudly served as the Chair for the 2016 American Diabetes Association Gala and volunteers with various with animal rescue groups, which is one of her greatest passions. She enjoys traveling with her husband Jeff, attending Texas A&M football games in the fall, and most of all, their three fur babies Hudsen, Harley and ViVi Anne.

Prior to joining The Firm, Randi Krasny, a Houston, TX native, began her professional journey behind the camera, assisting casting directors in discovering top talent for commercials, TV, and film. Her work on projects like Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 and 11, H&M, Disney, Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel, Ace Ventura 3, Never Back Down, Burn Notice, and The Glades honed her eye for detail and excellence. Transitioning to modeling and acting in Los Angeles, Randi gained invaluable experience that shaped her into a versatile and resourceful professional, making a couple of appearances on "General Hospital," among other TV shows before relocating to Houston.



Returning to Houston, Randi leveraged her diverse background to excel in various roles across industries. Her ability to identify exceptional talent and build strong relationships has been pivotal in her career. When she worked on the corporate side of Douglas Elliman Texas, Randi not only exceeded revenue targets by $1 billion but also successfully recruited over 244 agents statewide. Her reputation for hard work, drive, dependability, organization, and communication skills speaks volumes about her dedication to excellence. Anyone who knows Randi, knows she's a hard worker.



Randi's unique blend of experiences equips her with a deep understanding of people and trends, making her a valuable asset in the real estate industry. Outside of work, Randi finds joy in running marathons and gardening, reflecting her disciplined and nurturing approach to life and work.

Both a lawyer and a CPA, with expertise in tax law, litigation, and arbitration, Danny Dexter brings a wealth of valuable experience to any real estate transaction.

Adept at cutting through complex facts and reaching resolution with adversaries, he works well with many different types of people. He is also a meticulous worker who deals with his clients in a responsive, appropriate manner and who works diligently to help them arrive at the best possible result.

Before choosing a career as a Realtor, Danny practiced law for sixteen years. He has negotiated settlements in many civil and criminal cases, successfully argued others, and is a public arbitrator Chairperson for FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc., a private and independent securities regulator whose chief role is to protect investors by maintaining the fairness of the U.S. capital markets.

A native Houstonian, Danny is very well versed in Houston’s history and the evolution of its neighborhoods. He has personally bought three homes and another three properties for “lot” value. He has built custom homes on two of those lots and resold the remaining one to a custom builder. He has also personally executed an IRC Sec. 1031 non-taxable exchange. Through these experiences, he developed a keen understanding of the planning aspects of successful home buying and selling with advantageous results, a skill he eagerly passes on to his clients.

Danny earned a BBA in Management and an MPA in Accounting from the University of Texas and his JD-Law degree at South Texas College of Law. In addition, he was nominated and attended the Career Prosecutor School in Charleston, S.C. and taught Tax Levels I and II for Coopers and Lybrand.

A member of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church, Houston Country Club, and the Houston Realty Business Coalition, Danny also dedicated time as a volunteer with the Bill Gates Math Initiative at the Lee High School Apollo School. Recruited in 2010 when the Gates foundation started their math initiative for failing schools, Danny has since helped 78 immigrant students improve their math skills with daily tutoring.

Married for 40 years, Danny and his wife have two children and five grandchildren. Their son is in the oil and gas business and their daughter is a pediatric ICU nurse who started her career at Texas Children’s Hospital.
