My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you're not left with an amazing experience, I haven't done my job. I don't measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients.

Energetic, reliable, approachable, and eager to help her clients succeed, Paula Forno-Engler's international background makes her ideally positioned to assist Houston's local and international buyers and sellers. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Paula also speaks conversational French. She is well traveled, enjoys meeting and befriending people from different cultures, works well with others, and tries to find something good in everyone.
Paula entered residential real estate sales after many years as a professional photographer and a marketing and advertising account manager. "I credit those previous experiences with teaching me the importance of creating an image and branding, both for my sellers' properties and for myself," she states. "I have always been interested in real estate - the entire process, from choosing a lot to building a home. I come from a family of builders and grew up surrounded by the home-building business, and I think a home is the safest investment one can make."
Along with a demanding work schedule, Paula volunteers for Birthright, an organization that assists pregnant women, and De Mi Mano a la Tuya, a non-profit group that feeds the homeless. "Many of my friends assist these organizations and they encouraged me to get involved," Paula says. "This type of outreach teaches you to value what you have and allows you to meet amazing people that you might not get to know in other circumstances." She is also an active member of the Briargrove and Westhaven Estates communities, having co-written and organized the Briargrove Elementary School Yearbook.
Paula is a native of Bolivia and holds a degree in merchandising and consumer science from the University of Houston.
