Jan Yardley joined Greenwood King Properties in 1986, and quickly became one of the firm¹s top producing agents specializing in West University, Bellaire, Rice-Medical Area, River Oaks, and Tanglewood. Jan is currently coordinator or the West University and Rice-Medical neighborhoods. A graduate of the University of Texas, Jan was involved in the home building business in the early 1980¹s. Her experience included all phases of home building including site selection and acquisition, architectural design, evaluation of bids, and supervision of construction.

The knowledge Jan gained through those years has been instrumental to her career throughout the Greenwood King market areas. Jan moved to West University in 1972 and since then has been a very active participant in community and civic endeavors. She has been involved in TIRR, little league programs, city elections, and with the schools that serve her neighborhood. The combination of market knowledge, commitment to community, plus an aggressive business approach enable Jan to provide her real estate clients with exceptional results.

Trish Galvan was born in Corpus Christi, the middle child of seven siblings. Trish found herself immersed in the restaurant business with her husband (Louis Galvan) owners of Irma’s Southwest Grill. Trish and her husband, Louis, are active members of The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and volunteer in nonprofit organizations such as Houston Food Bank and Star of Hope. Trish loves Houston and has been living here for 25 years supporting her city every step of the way. She’s a season ticket holder of the Houston Texans, Astros and University of Houston. As a native Houstonian, Joe Lucia, Jr. not only understands Houston, he understands the value of quality service.  Licensed since 1972, Joe first became interested in the real estate business while purchasing homes and remodeling them for resale.   Joe's own personal standards for professionalism brought him to John Daugherty Realtors in 1993.

Raised in the inner loop area of Houston, Joe says he specializes in relationships.  He works the central area of Houston with clients who respect his knowledge and prove that respect by repeat business and consistent referrals.  Because he has spent a lifetime in Houston, Joe is a knowledgeable real estate veteran who enjoys his career and enjoys helping people.

Joe graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a degree in Finance and Accounting.  While attending UT, Joe was a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity.  When Joe returned to Houston he worked with his father in the several ventures including his highly regarding restaurant Rudi's located on Post Oak in Houston's Galleria area. 

Joe lives by his standards including his faith, his family, and his career.  Married to his sweetheart, originally from Wilmington, Delaware, Joe has three children.   Much of his personal time revolves around his children's activities.  For five years, Joe has coached little league baseball for his son in the Braes Bayou area.  He supported his, now 20 year old daughter, by joining the Dad's Club at Episcopal High School. 

In support of Houston, Joe has been a long time volunteer for the world renowned Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.   He has worked on the Breeders and Greeters committee for more than 10 years. 

Besides enjoying the challenges of real estate, Joe likes to spend time on several of his favorite sporting activities include hunting for both deer and turkey.  He also enjoys wait and bay fishing. Additionally, he and his family travel to different spots in Colorado to participate in snow skiing.

Elizabeth Baker takes helping her clients to a whole new level... One day she was showing a home owned by an elderly gentleman while a repairman was doing work in the master bathroom. Suddenly the sink erupted, causing dirty water to spray all over the walls, countertops and floor. Elizabeth took it upon herself to make sure the master bath was clean before she left the house. With this kind of consideration and dedication, Greenwood King Properties is proud to call her one of their agents.

Elizabeth has five years of homebuilding experience as the general contractor of her own company and fifteen years of interior design experience owning her own design firm in Dallas. Her knowledge is a considerable asset to the buyer who desires a newly constructed residence, and/or a home with an exquisitely finished interior.

Originally from Atlantic City, New Jersey, Elizabeth moved to Texas over 25 years ago, settling in Houston in 1997. In her spare time, she enjoys running, country western dancing and skiing.
