A lifelong Houston resident, Stephanie Sauer brings extensive knowledge of the real estate and lending industry to Greenwood King Properties. She’s been surrounded by real estate from a very young age as her mother Bruce Bardwell has been a top producing Greenwood King agent since 1989 and father Wayne Bardwell is the owner of Bardwell Building Co., which builds specialty homes in West University.
Early on in her career Stephanie chose to plunge into another sector or real estate while working for the commercial real estate brokerage and lending division of JP Morgan Chase. Stephanie says making the move to the residential side of real estate and Greenwood King allows her to work more intimately with people while remaining in the real estate business she enjoys the most.
Since starting a family, Stephanie has focused her extra time volunteering for her two little ones preschools and remains involved in Victory (the American Cancer Society organization that puts on Cattle Baron's Ball).
When she is not catering to her clients’ needs or giving a helping hand in the community, Stephanie enjoys running in her West University neighborhood and spending “quality time” with her close family and friends.
Native Houstonian and resident of Garden Oaks, Shannon Sullivan, has been a licensed Realtor since 2006. Shannon was a partner in starting the John Daugherty Leasing Division in 2010 and attributes much of her knowledge to keeping up with the fast-paced rental market. Working closely with her dancers and their parents, she cherishes so many memories shared during that time of her life. You can still find her on a judging panel for local and state dance competitions every spring!
Shannon credits her family for being the most important influence in her life. "I owe a lot to my mom and dad and how I was raised," she says of her parents. When Shannon isn't working, she loves spending time with her family and friends and has a been a season ticket holder for U of H Football since 2010.
