Susan focuses on residential home sales in the Northwest, The Woodlands, Spring and Cypress. Having lived in many homes throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico, as well as briefly in the Middle East, she knows the stress and concerns with relocating! Married with two grown daughters, Susan enjoys golf, reading, traveling and the outdoors.

I began my real estate career as a mortgage professional holding positions from loan processor to Loan Officer. After spending five years in the in the mortgage industry I obtained my real estate license in 2009. Since, I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to represent a wide variety of clients and companies in buying and selling residential homes and land, as well as a wide variety of commercial use properties, multifamily and land. In my various involvements I have worked with a wide variety of people and cultures. I have a strong passion for my clients successful real estate endeavors.

Besides from real estate, Rina has a degree in nursing and teaches CPR and First Aid. She speaks both Spanish and English and enjoys spending her spare time with her family and 3 dogs. Rina also has over 10 years experience teaching young children how to play sports. She is owner and sports director of a company that helps develop motor skills to children in pre-schools and day cares around the Spring/Woodlands area.
