As a native Houstonian, I have lived and loved this city for as long as I can remember. I started my real estate career in 2005 while still teaching in the Spring Branch School District. I'm a second generation Jamaican immigrant. My parents migrated to the US in 1990 with the hopes of pursuing the American dream. I grew up in Schaumburg, IL and began working at 15 to help support my parents. I attended William Harper Rainey College where I studied international business. I moved to Indianapolis for seven years and worked in operations as a workforce analyst at CNO financial group. There I learned the importance of the customer experience and how to provide satisfactory customer service in the insurance industry. I love to travel. I've visited over eight countries so far with the hopes to see them all. I enjoy live sporting events, especially in europe. I enjoy working out and trying new restaurants. Houston has the best food and weather year round. After moving here from Chicago I have no complaints. I got into real estate to build generational wealth. I want to provide a life for the next generation that I didn't have. I believe it's the only way to bridge the wealth gap and provide a service that can change a family's life. I have 15 years of experience in residential real estate, which includes overseeing management of up to 2000 individual units. Recently, I have extended my services to include assisting clients with buying and selling individual residential real estate property. I am a native Minnesotan who moved to Texas in 2014 to care for my elderly parents and have since made Houston my home. I started my career in the Hospitality industry assisting clients with temporary lodging and providing an excellent customer service experience. This served as the foundation for many successful years as a residential property manager and regional portfolio manager.
