A short & simple description of what I do as a licensed Realtor is that I help people change their living space & improve their quality of life by adding to their net worth by property appreciation or investing in property that cash-flows. My goal is to streamline a very detailed process & hopefully create an easy transition. . . so that a potentially stressful time is minimized. And, my intention in working with my clients is to clarify & simplify the real estate transaction by listening to their needs & wants, providing quality information and by being a resource for finding solutions & addressing any potential issue beforehand that might blow the deal.

Originally from Corpus Christi Tx, chose Houston to live, for its vibrancy, fun & business opportunities in the early 80’s. While attending college, had the opportunity to study at the University of the Americas in Puebla Mexico, the University of Guadalajara in Guadalajara Mexico, before graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, with a BA in Sociology. My prior career before practicing real estate, was working as a producer & host in the media (TV) as well was working as a freelance professional photographer.

When it’s time for a personal break from practicing real estate, New Mexico is my favorite destination point. . as I used to live there. Ask me about what to do when you're visiting Albuquerque or Santa Fe,.

After an exciting career as a public servant in the local government of Harris County, I decided what better way to serve than, by helping my clients to realize their dream of homeownership. In addition, I love seeing that look of pride, satisfaction, and joy on the face of a new homeowner.

Discerning how many homes they have owned in the past serves a guideline for the language I use and how to explain contracts and the additional steps. Being a single, first-time homeowner myself, I can relate to my clients and show a strong sense of empathy. Open communication is foremost in the process of finding the right home. Listing your home with me you can expect honesty, transparency, attention to detail, strategic thinking, timelines, setting of expectations, and a clear goal. A seamless experience is created for my clients when selling or purchasing a home. Extremely organized, I am aware of what a major part preparation plays in the success of any deal brokered, and I am hands-on regarding every step of a transaction. I will not rest until I know my client is happy. That means they have all the information I can give them, I leave no room for unanswered questions, they understand the next steps and timelines, and I make sure they feel heard and valued.
