A short & simple description of what I do as a licensed Realtor is that I help people change their living space & improve their quality of life by adding to their net worth by property appreciation or investing in property that cash-flows. My goal is to streamline a very detailed process & hopefully create an easy transition. . . so that a potentially stressful time is minimized. Originally from Corpus Christi Tx, chose Houston to live, for its vibrancy, fun & business opportunities in the early 80’s. While attending college, had the opportunity to study at the University of the Americas in Puebla Mexico, the University of Guadalajara in Guadalajara Mexico, before graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, with a BA in Sociology. My prior career before practicing real estate, was working as a producer & host in the media (TV) as well was working as a freelance professional photographer.
