He became a licensed real estate agent in 2023. Rolando's experience hasn't always been in real estate. He spent 4 years working for GCCISD as a Paraprofessional. He also spent 9 years working in construction at places such as Exxon Mobil, INEOS, and Jindal doing various tasks.
