Born in Texas Mose returned to Texas to be near family and continue assisting clients with acquiring and selling property.

Margie Esquivel has called Houston home for the past 42 years. With 21+ years of real estate experience in residential and small commercial, she can answer almost any question without hesitation. She also brings an added degree of market insight from having an insurance license for 22+ years and having previously been a mortgage broker. She feels this makes her as close to a complete agent as it gets! Margie has been married for 41 years, has two grown children (both Longhorns) and a beloved Boston Terrier pup. She not only considers herself bilingual (Spanish) but most importantly, multi-cultural. She loves salsa and bachata music, reading and watching her favorite shows on Netflix. She has been a member and volunteer of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo for the past 5+ years and co-owns a multi-cultural internet radio station (GQ Radio), both allowing her to connect and giving back to her community.

A native Texan, Curtis grew up in a small town just north of Houston. He then moved on to graduate with honors from Texas A&M University with a degree in Biomedical Science. Curtis has been a successful full time Real Estate agent since early 2005.

She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University. She began her career as a banker and began directing her career to real estate in early 2021. Wally is married and has two sweet cats named Bubba & Jynn. During her free time, she enjoys teaching about financial literacy and exploring Houston with her husband.
