Danny's experience hasn't always been in real estate. He spent ten years as an Insurance Agent and ten years as a Corporate and Non-Profit Business/Operations Manager. Danny is married and the proud father of two adult daughters all who share his affinity for Houston and its architecture. Together they scour the city in search of neighborhoods and amenities like unique restaurants and specialty shops. Houston native Cipriana Torres grew up learning the ins and outs of investment properties from her father, who flipped homes. However, she didn't remember how passionate she was about real estate until she began working as a property manager and leasing agent. Cipriana became a licensed Realtor® in 2019, and since then, she has committed herself to giving her clients the best experiences and learning as much as she can about the industry. Although she is well-suited to help clients with diverse goals, she focuses on buyers and lessees — providing each with stellar customer service by focusing on face-to-face communication. Cipriana offers each buyer a unique understanding and perspective of Houston's neighborhoods and works hard to ensure they get their dream home in their dream area. Additionally, an extensive background in sales and marketing gives Cipriana the ability to market her sellers' homes so that they sell quickly at premium prices. But whatever her clients' objectives, Cipriana prides herself on her ability to create meaningful interactions, citing them as the key to growing a great business and crediting them with her success. When she is not working full-time in the industry, the wife and mother of three enjoys cooking (especially with the local Cook-Off team, which she and her husband are on together) and hanging out with her family. In the summer, she and her family go camping and love spending time in the water.

MEET PATRICIA KURTH

In 1980 Patricia Kurth moved from her native Manchester, England to Houston, Texas. After 20 years in the Airline & Travel-related industries, Patricia switched gears and received her Texas Real Estate License. Extensive overseas travel and knowledge of international markets, Patricia explains has enhanced her understanding of the area's multi-cultural society and has been particularly beneficial in working with families residing in and moving to Greater Houston.
