Houston native Cipriana Torres grew up learning the ins and outs of investment properties from her father, who flipped homes. However, she didn't remember how passionate she was about real estate until she began working as a property manager and leasing agent. Cipriana became a licensed Realtor® in 2019, and since then, she has committed herself to giving her clients the best experiences and learning as much as she can about the industry. Although she is well-suited to help clients with diverse goals, she focuses on buyers and lessees — providing each with stellar customer service by focusing on face-to-face communication. Cipriana offers each buyer a unique understanding and perspective of Houston's neighborhoods and works hard to ensure they get their dream home in their dream area. Additionally, an extensive background in sales and marketing gives Cipriana the ability to market her sellers' homes so that they sell quickly at premium prices. When she is not working full-time in the industry, the wife and mother of three enjoys cooking (especially with the local Cook-Off team, which she and her husband are on together) and hanging out with her family. In the summer, she and her family go camping and love spending time in the water.

Iris is a Native Houstonian, her and her 12 year old son live in the Jersey Village area. Since Iris grew up in Houston, she is very familiar with all that Houston has to offer.
