From the variety of architecture to the interiors of a home, Ashley has been fond of real estate since her youth, participating in house-hunting adventures with her parents. Ashley gained tremendous self-discipline and leadership skills while achieving her bachelor's degree in business management and competing in college wrestling. Her ability to thrive in competitive yet team-oriented environments enabled her to excel in her former role as an executive assistant, where her organizational talents were imperative to managing client communications, paperwork, and appointments. These experiences laid the foundation for how Ashley cares for her clients' real estate transactions. A thoughtful communicator and natural leader, Ashley employs her solutions-oriented mindset and structured methodologies to help her clients achieve their real estate goals. A self-dubbed foodie, Ashley can often be found embarking on new culinary adventures around Houston. In addition to real estate, she runs a photo booth business with her mother-in-law and volunteers at her son's school. Ashley enjoys traveling with her family and learning about different cultures when she's not busy working hard to leave a legacy for her son.

Prior to entering real estate, I served my country in the United States Army. I also served my community as an attorney. Both experiences provided me with valuable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations, contracts, marketing, and all other aspects of real estate transactions.

Lee Smalley has moved around a lot. Born and raised in Scotland, Lee and her husband, who is in the oil and gas industry, have relocated to Singapore, Australia, and Malaysia before settling down in Greater Houston in 2014. A seasoned traveler, Lee knows how to help people feel at home in a strange city.







Lee works closely with vendors such as lenders, insurance agents and contractors to provide her clients with up-to-date advice and tips. Her ultimate goal is to cultivate lifelong friendships with her clients, and her attentive compassion for their home buying/selling experience facilitates that.





Lee has worked as a relocation consultant in Singapore and was the House Manager for the Association of British Women in Malaysia, where she welcomed newcomers to the city of Kuala Lumpur. Driven by a love for helping people and a passion for house hunting, Lee specializes in assisting first-time buyers and expatriates in Houston and its environs.





Lee understands how intense buying or selling a home can be, and so she focuses on creating the best outcome for every transaction in a fun and stress-free manner, whilst ensuring that her clients are always informed. To ensure that she always gets the best possible outcome for her clients, Lee is one of Houston's relatively few licensed sales agents to have earned a Master Certified Negotiation Expert designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute.

Linda Aber has called the city of Houston, one of the largest metropolitans in the country, her home from the start and has since lived in various parts of the city including Montrose, the Inner Loop, the Galleria, Bellaire, Katy, and the Energy Corridor all while raising her family. In that time, Linda gained intimate knowledge and experience that she now happily shares and educates those searching for their perfect home or apartment. Through constant communication and reliability, Linda continues to identify and serve her clients' needs. As a realtor, Linda has earned many awards including the Keller Williams Memorial Top Producer consecutively since 2020 and holds roles in Keller Williams Memorial Board of Directors and committees.
