Prior to entering real estate, I served my country in the United States Army. I also served my community as an attorney. Both experiences provided me with valuable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations, contracts, marketing, and all other aspects of real estate transactions.

Having two kids of his own, he knows the needs of families with kids at any age. There are many people who choose to wear the hat of a Realtor, but I chose this profession because I truly enjoy helping people, especially people who are moving to Houston for the first time. Having lived in other countries through my husband's career, I have a personal insight into the needs of people relocating from other countries. I know that the whole process of buying a home and establishing yourself in a new country is an overwhelming process, so I take care of all the details to make the transition as smooth as possible. I have two children enrolled in the public schools, so I have first hand experience with the education options in West Houston. I have also served on the PTO boards at Barbara Bush Elementary and West Briar Middle School, so I am not only involved in keeping our schools excellent, but I also have more insight into how the system works. I currently serve as the President of the Memorial Thicket Women's Association in my neighborhood.
Fabia Hill has successfully been in Real Estate for 7 years, both as an investor and as a Realtor®. Known for going the extra mile to get things done for her clients, Fabia stays current on the ever-changing market through daily monitoring and research. She is proud to specialize in Braeswood Place (which includes the subdivisions Ayrshire, Braes Heights, Braes Oaks, Braes Manor, Braes Terrace, Emerald Forest, and Southern Oaks). Originally from Zurich, Switzerland, Fabia has called Houston home for more than 10 years, and Texas for more than 19 years. After graduating from Stephen F Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and working at Credit Suisse for a couple of years she devoted well over a decade to being a stay-at-home mom while keeping the books for her husband's business before venturing into Real Estate. Fabia is heavily involved in the Houston community and her neighborhood associations as well as her children's schools. Past volunteer commitments include the chairing of the International Festival at Mark Twain Elementary, distributing monthly HOA newsletters on foot, and serving lunches at the Church in the Center. Present commitments include volunteering in the West University Baptist Church Wednesday night program, being on the worship team, the childcare team and the greeter team at the Church in the Center, as well as being the National Night Out Chair for the Braeswood Place Homeowner's Association. Fabia and her husband have four young children and live in the Braes Heights area.

FRANCY BAQUERO Francy's warmth and friendly smile casts a shining light on everyone she meets -- and she delights in seeing that happiness returned when her clients find their perfect home. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering in her native country of Colombia and has taught Math, Spanish and English within the Houston Independent School District for 10 years. While she thoroughly enjoyed her teaching experience, the transition into real estate fulfills her passion to interact with a large variety of people who look to her for guidance and assistance in their home-buying quest. She is comfortable working residential sales with a focus on the West Houston, Sugar Land and Richmond/Rosenberg areas. Her personal traits of patience, dedication and strong communication skills reinforced in her classroom experience serve her clients very well, whether they are millennials or families with children. Family and giving back to the community are paramount in Francy's life. She enjoys a variety of activities with her husband and two adult children. She also continues to be actively involved in education by volunteering several hours each week in local elementary school classrooms.
