Born in Houston, Texas, and raised in Mexico City, Roxana's father was a civil engineer, which exposed her to construction design and homebuilding early in life. Its impact was profound and inspired her deeply. Years later, after making her own home purchase, she was encouraged to formally enter the real estate industry in 2001. Along the way, she cultivated diverse and valuable experience that ranged from managing commercial portfolios and representing custom home builders as a new construction specialist to helping residential buyers and sellers with complex property transactions. Coupled with her education in communications and Bachelor of Science in global business management, she quickly became a consummate professional whose passion and experience make her the perfect partner for any real estate transaction. A firm believer that faith takes her where she needs to be, Roxana is inspired to grow a dynamic team of high-performing partners who are equally passionate about serving others. She is also focused on leaving a lasting legacy for her family, including her youngest son, who is making his own mark in the exciting world of real estate. With a life full of family and a passport full of world travels, Roxana takes time to recharge from her busy life by practicing yoga a passion she's had for 20 years. She is also dedicated to giving back to her community as much as she can through different programs, such as Save the Children.

I am a native Texan, born in the Houston area and the son of a career Army armor officer. Growing up my family traveled all over the US and Europe, including stops in Kansas, California, Germany, Belgium, and Germany again. I graduated from Fort Knox High School in Ky, and attended Texas A&M Galveston, before transferring to the main campus.

After graduating from Texas A&M, I had what I call my quarter life crisis and joined the US Army, going into the Armor branch. Having checked all the blocks from military experience, I opted to rejoin the private sector. In addition to the military, I worked in advertising and corporate communications, education, and now real estate.

I am passionate about helping others reach their real estate goals. I am acutely aware that home ownership is one of the fundamental steps in building generational wealth. Further, after buying, selling, and renting homes; as well as purchasing land, I know what I expect in terms of support from a real estate agent. My goal is to provide all my clients with the exemplary, proactive and expert service that I would expect if I was a client.

When not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter and our two dogs, as well as extended family; supporting the Texas Aggies in any competition; the US soccer teams; and Chelsea FC; Volunteering with an animal rescue; or coaching and playing football (soccer); reading everything from historical nonfiction to graphic novels; and watching a variety of tv and movies.

A proud native Houstonian, I graduated from Alief Hastings High School in 1988 with honors, and then attended the University of Houston, where I earned a BA in history with a minor in corporate communications. During college I worked at Benjamin Franklin Federal in the Real Estate Division and then later with the RTC.

My first full time position was with First American Title in 1992, where I worked for 13 years. Starting in the marketing department, I setup large venue realtor training seminars and developed their first desktop publishing department. I then worked as the executive assistant to the Division President for several years before being promoted to Facilities Manager and becoming Assistant Vice President. I opened and relocated office operations of all sizes in Houston and throughout Texas – hiring and working with general contractors, architects, designers and furniture.

In 2005, First American Title decided to out-source facilities management, so I set up my company – Construction & Design, Inc – to meet their needs and I continue to service them as a client today. I started out primarily building out commercial new construction raw spaces, which led to commercial remodels and over the years progressed into residential projects as well. I built my first home for an artist in the Heights in 2007 and I completed a $1.7 million condo remodel project at the Woodway Place Atrium Condominiums in 2008. I love the diversity of the projects and making customer’s dreams become reality!

My satisfied customers kept asking me to help them buy or sell properties, so I obtained my real estate license in 2013 in order to provide a full range of services. I am now have my brokers license and have started my own brokerage company called Sticks & Bricks Realty. I look forward to working with you!

Linda Aber has called the city of Houston, one of the largest metropolitans in the country, her home from the start and has since lived in various parts of the city including Montrose, the Inner Loop, the Galleria, Bellaire, Katy, and the Energy Corridor all while raising her family.
