Lee Smalley has moved around a lot. Born and raised in Scotland, Lee and her husband, who is in the oil and gas industry, have relocated to Singapore, Australia, and Malaysia before settling down in Greater Houston in 2014. A seasoned traveler, Lee knows how to help people feel at home in a strange city.







Lee works closely with vendors such as lenders, insurance agents and contractors to provide her clients with up-to-date advice and tips. Lee has worked as a relocation consultant in Singapore and was the House Manager for the Association of British Women in Malaysia, where she welcomed newcomers to the city of Kuala Lumpur. Driven by a love for helping people and a passion for house hunting, Lee specializes in assisting first-time buyers and expatriates in Houston and its environs.

Originally from Venezuela, with an engineering background and a passion for home decoration, Raquel established an interior design practice in her hometown focusing in creating stylish and playful baby nurseries and children bedrooms. In 2006, Raquel and her family moved to Houston and after relocating to California for a few years, they established back in Houston in 2012. Having experienced several relocations and real estate transactions of her own, she realized that her background, training and experiences would make her a great real estate professional and allow her to help people experience what she already had gone through.
