For the last five years, I've been a licensed real estate agent, and prior to stepping into full time real estate, I used to sell new construction homes for Perry Homes and Ashton Woods Homes in the Cypress area. Due to my vast experience and knowledge in selling new construction homes, it was easy to adjust to my new role as a real estate agent.

All of my business has been from previous clients and referrals. I like to keep it small and prefer to work with clients who want to buy, sell, and lease in the Cypress area. Cypress is where I currently live, along with my husband Arlen, and son David. I love serving the community that I am a part of.

I graduated in 2006 from McMurry University, in Abilene, TX with a degree in Communication and minor in Business. My goal with every transaction is to communicate effectively throughout the process. As a current resident of The Woodlands, I have had the opportunity to serve in many leadership and volunteer roles within the community. My integrity and compassion for the growth of our schools and people have earned me much respect within Tomball ISD and The Woodlands. From 2014-2016 I served as the Inaugural PTO President for Creekview Elementary, within the Village of Creekside Park. Currently, I serve as member of the National Charity League as a Philanthropy Liaison coordinating volunteer opportunities for NCL. In my transition to Real Estate, I bring a wealth of experience in these leadership roles to my business. Native Houstonian Ashley Forrest transitioned into residential real estate sales from a successful background in business, marketing, and branding in the natural foods industry. Ashley led marketing for a national, upscale natural and organic foods store where she led multiple teams, supported sales initiatives, and built and nurtured partnerships with the community. It was fast-paced and creative, requiring a strong work ethic.
