I am a market savvy, detail-oriented professional that strives to provide excellent service to my clients. For the last five years, I've been a licensed real estate agent, and prior to stepping into full time real estate, I used to sell new construction homes for Perry Homes and Ashton Woods Homes in the Cypress area. Due to my vast experience and knowledge in selling new construction homes, it was easy to adjust to my new role as a real estate agent.

All of my business has been from previous clients and referrals. I like to keep it small and prefer to work with clients who want to buy, sell, and lease in the Cypress area. Carmen Donaldson is a native Houstonian. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2007, she worked in several major industries including banking, market research, retail and non-profit. Having lived and worked in Houston her entire life, she has built an extensive network and has formed and nurtured close relationships with local businesses and many people throughout the area.
