I am Tonetta Bullard, affectionately known as Mrs. Tee. I was born and raised in Houston, Texas and my family has resided in the Humble/Atascocita area for over 20 years. In my spare time I enjoy working out, reading, crafting, and sports.

I am a technically astute and business savvy professional with over 23 years of experience in the Telecommunication industry. I have a degree in Computer Information Science and extensive demonstrated experience in the areas of Customer Service, Account Management, Sales, Information Technology and Project Management. A Houston native, raised in Huntsville and Conroe and a Veteran of the United States Army specializing in communications. I attended The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor as well as Liberty University where I studied Business Leadership and Management.

After serving in the Army, I moved back to the Houston area, fostered and adopted my amazing daughter and became a Licensed Code Enforcement Officer; serving the citizens and businesses of The Woodlands as the Senior Compliance Officer with The Woodlands Township.
