Sam is a 4th generation Houstonian, and for nearly 100 years, Houston real estate has played an integral part in his family dating back to his great grandfather starting Marshall Construction in 1927. From building their quaint Galveston get-away in 1930, to the more recent commercial projects built spanning from Katy to Baytown, the Marshalls' passion and appreciation for real estate continues to live on through Sam.

A profession in real estate is something he knew he wanted to do from the moment he got his diploma from Baylor University. He even got his license while still enrolled, and once graduated, promptly started at an investment real estate brokerage. She then continued her success at Chevron in Upstream Oil and Gas as a lead Change Manager. She then later transitioned her career into Commercial and Residential Real Estate, owning and managing Multi-Family Housing (Apartment Complexes) as well as flipping and rehabbing homes.
