I also worked in corporate housing for several years. Therefore, I am familiar with all aspects of real estate. I work for a company that is family owned and operated and was started in 1960. Sam is a 4th generation Houstonian, and for nearly 100 years, Houston real estate has played an integral part in his family dating back to his great grandfather starting Marshall Construction in 1927. From building their quaint Galveston get-away in 1930, to the more recent commercial projects built spanning from Katy to Baytown, the Marshalls' passion and appreciation for real estate continues to live on through Sam.
