I am the broker/owner of TB Dwellings. After retiring from nearly 30 years as a teacher, I now enjoy serving my friends and former students' families as a Realtor. My small independent brokerage's business is built solely on referrals. Relationships matter to me. A lot! For many, the prospect of buying or selling a home is intimidating and stressful. I have been a lifelong resident of Pearland and southeast Houston. I attended Pearland schools from junior high through graduation and have worked in the Houston metropolitan and Pearland areas.



Prior to my career in real estate, I worked in Human Resources, Office Administration and Project Management for 18 years. In these roles, I assisted numerous customers and employers with policies, benefits and day to day operations. It was during this time that I realized how important it is to be of service and helpful to others.

Home buying and selling is a process.

I will work with your lender, the title company, inspectors and anyone else involved to ensure your objective is met.

If it's a holiday, no problem. I'll see if I can get us an appointment to view the home, but, we will have to respect the wishes of the owners if they do not want to be disturbed.
