Britt was raised in Dallas and was actively engaged in Boy Scouts – spending part of his summers on his grandparent's farm in south Texas where he developed a passion for natural science and the outdoors – graduating a few years later from Texas A&M University. For nearly forty years Britt worked with a wide range of volunteers and professionals in Scouting program and administration – spending his last 17 years in fundraising, grant writing and quality metrics for the Sam Houston Area Council. By making an industry leap to real estate from professional Scouting, Britt has been able to carry forward the same attention to integrity, detail and negotiating skills clients need and expect. Britt has made a high level commitment to real estate education shadowing some of the best real estate talent in the area, attending numerous classes and regional seminars that improve his understanding of real estate issues impacting life and the land. Born in the friendly state of Oklahoma, and a Texas-loving resident of 23 years, Anne believes good business is built on relationships that start with trusted friendships. As a creative visionary, from her own painting and design to working with contractors, she has honed her skills in tasteful, budget-friendly decorating. Taking advantage of the Houston climate, Anne has also mastered the art of curb appeal, winning the admiration of her neighbors.

With a Business degree from Oklahoma State University, Anne began her career with a (ground-level) commercial brokerage firm in OKC, assisting with building surveys and marketing brochures. She then entered the legal field, obtained her paralegal certificate from the University of Oklahoma and NALA certification, and has over 37 years' experience managing complex projects, legal documents and deadlines. She is a graduate of the Definitive School of Decorative Art in faux wall design, and has studied under accomplished Houston muralist, Ron Gordon. Pairing her legal background with a love for color and design, she graduated from the Champions School of Real Estate and, surrounding herself with the most experienced in the business, she joined the professionals of RE/MAX Space Center with a goal to help others see past the walls and visualize their own unique spaces.

Faith and family is very important to Anne. Married to her childhood sweetheart, she is the proud parent of 3 sons, all who graduated from CCISD schools, and who have earned accomplishments in their own right: a U.S. Marine veteran and League City business owner; a graduate of Oklahoma State University and active duty U.S. Navy; and a senior at Texas A&M pre-Veterinary Medicine. She has built great friendships in the League City community by her family's involvement in little league, booster clubs, community service projects, and as a leader and volunteer in the Boy Scouts of America. She is the proud daughter, sister, aunt x4, and mother x2 of an Eagle Scout. Goals written, become dreams achieved!
