Megan has been a resident of Galveston County since 2008 when she moved from south Alabama. She began her career in real estate as a Broker Assistant in 2011. She then started her own business in real estate staging and photography and became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2016. She co-created Providence Real Estate Group in 2021. Megan is dedicated to providing every client with first class service based on integrity, honesty, reliability, commitment and undivided attention. Her goal is to make each real estate experience enjoyable and as stress free as possible.

I have been involved in real estate since the 1980's. I enjoy helping clients with their residential and commercial real estate needs. As the sponsoring broker and majority owner of UTR-Texas Realtors I also have the privilege of assisting our agents with their clients and real estate challenges.

I have lived in Galveston County my entire life. I spent the last 11 years working as a Registered Nurse, the majority being at UTMB in Galveston. After covid, many healthcare professionals experienced burnout and left the profession. I was one of them, but I was still unhappy. I missed caring for and interacting with my patients. I missed the joy I felt in my heart when I could help ease my patients fears, pain, and anxiety and help them to heal. I missed helping. When I was in high school, I aspired to be like a successful real estate broker named Delva that was on billboards throughout the city. I interviewed her and wrote a paper for a class project. I have been studying our local real estate market ever since. In my world, juggling the roles of a mother to three amazing daughters and two adorable grandsons is where the real magic happens. Family is at the core of everything I do, and that warmth and care extend to my approach in real estate. What sets me apart? It's not just about buying or selling properties; it's about building relationships. My journey as a nurse has ingrained in me the values of compassion, honesty, and trust.
