Previously living in Honolulu, Hawaii for several years I had the opportunity to work in the construction industry and gain experience building multi-million dollar projects. This is when my love for real estate began to develop. After moving back to my home state of Texas I wanted to continue my work in real estate but on a more personal level. Kimberly Watts, a native of Louisiana, has called Houston her home since 1994. Prior to her career as a residential real estate professional, Kimberly was a Houston Oilers Cheerleader. She later became a stay-at-home mom enjoying the luxury of raising her daughter and having the time to create jewelry and floral arrangements as a hobby, eventually turning her talent into a small business.

After obtaining her real estate license, Kimberly and a partner formed their own company and purchased, remodeled and sold homes. She was also a key contributor in her family’s real estate development business where her principal achievement was administering the design and development of a 1920s warehouse building in downtown Houston into a 29 unit loft. This project honed her skills in architectural design, construction and interior appointments.

Kimberly holds the National Association of Realtors GREEN and the Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) designations and has sold real estate across Houston and the surrounding areas including Tiki Island, The Galleria area and The Woodlands. Her love for interior design helps her to guide buyers to see the potential in a home and sellers to enhance the beauty of their existing home for a top-dollar sales price. Kimberly enjoys finding a home that the right fit or her clients. She understands that a home is a huge investment and commitment and she is dedicated to helping her clients maximize their return on investment.

Kimberly graduated from McNeese State University with a degree in fashion merchandising. When not working, she enjoys her family, friends, interior design and remodeling, event planning, entertaining, daily exercise, and traveling the world. She is a proud mother of one daughter.
