I was born in Houston, TX and raised in the Houston area. I am a Texan through and through giving me a familiarity of the South Texas area. I started out my career in the real estate industry as a transaction coordinator and marketing specialist for a top-producing real estate agent. That experience led me to discover my love for real estate and helping people. I earned my real estate license and started working for a highly sought after brokerage. My experience and knowledge of the real estate industry has postioned me as a top producing agent at my brokerage. Honesty and integrity, along with determination and dedication to my clients is what I strive for in all aspects of my life including my career. Silvia lives in Houston, Texas with her husband and their goldendoodle, Leo. She is a Realtor in the greater Houston area and Galveston. Silvia is a U.S Navy veteran where she served as a Hospital Corpsman for 5 years and learned the skills of leadership, teamwork, and diligence. She comes from a background of 25 years in healthcare and applies her active listening, problem-solving and negotiating skills when working with her real estate clients. She understands the complexities and stress of selling and buying real estate.
