A little about me!

Hi! My name is Amanda Ramirez. I am originally from Big Spring Texas but have lived in the Houston area since 1988. I have almost 15 years of residential and multi-family Real Estate experience. I am a 30+ year resident to the League City and Clear Lake areas! I am currently a core Real Estate Instructor at San Jacinto, entering my third year of teaching. I also taught for almost three years at College Of The Mainland. Teaching has always been a great passion!

I am a Broker Associate with the Hidden Paradise Realty Team at UTR-Texas Realtors, located in Houston, Texas Near NASA. Our team is comprised of experienced Agents who have a passion for real estate, and who are ready to assist you with all your buying, selling, or rental needs. Our team is structured differently than most teams, as we don't have buyer's agents or seller's agents, who simply hand you off to someone else once the contract is signed. My hobbies include swimming, walking, and dancing. I love animals especially my dogs Rusty and Hayden.

Genesis has been in real estate and property management for 20 years. She specializes in residential real estate as well as multi family property management.

After serving her community as a full time police officer she decided to return to her first passion, real estate, after marrying a dedicated 30 year veteran of the police force. When she is not selling people their dream homes she and her husband are enjoying their families as proud residents of League City.

Originally from Buffalo, NY, he relocated to Houston in the late seventies and currently resides in League City with his beautiful wife Kalyn. After earning his Bachelors degree from University of Houston in 1996 in biology, William discovered a wonderful career in the fitness industry as a professional personal fitness trainer. While meeting and motivating various professionals, he was encouraged to further his education in the real estate industry. In 2000, he attended real estate school and earned his license from the Texas Real Estate Commission. Now thriving in the industry for his second decade, William uses his personal skills to nurture relationships with buyers and sellers alike.
