Dedicated to providing value and service to her clients, Patty Cwalinski listens closely to determine their needs and desires.

Clients appreciate Patty’s patience while keeping them focused as they anticipate buying their first home, visualize themselves in a new home, or preparing an existing home for sale. Motivated by new opportunities, her enthusiasm to take on challenges resulted in her being recognized as the Post Oak Park office’s Rising Star her first year with Heritage Texas Properties. Not only was this award well deserved, it was also an indicator of things to come, as Patty has risen to the ranks of Top Producer and was, in fact, named among the Company-Wide Top 20 Producers for 2010 and was a Company-Wide Top Producer for 2012-2014. Given that Heritage Texas Properties is home to more than 300 licensed sales associates in sixteen offices, to rank among these company-wide top producers is a significant achievement.

With a Ph.D in Fine Arts as a foundation, Patty built Weller Cwalinski Art Consultants into a successful and well respected art consulting firm engaged by major corporations and collectors. Her inventive ideas and commitment to personal service garnered a strong base of repeat and referral business - a trend that endures in her real estate career. Patty treats everyone she works with fairly and honestly, enjoys working with a broad-based clientele, and is rated “excellent” in client feedback.

She has earned her Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) designation, a benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. She continues to advance her professonal education to the benefit of her clients, having also earned the Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI®) designation and, most recently, the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation.

A native Texan and Houston resident since 1970, Patty lives inside the Loop but likes the diversity of working in neighborhoods across the city.

She enjoys needlepoint, gardening, cooking, entertaining and spending time with friends and family. Patty is active in her community, church, and her neighborhood civic association. In fact, she is a member of Councilwoman Ellen Cohen’s Neighborhood Ambassadors’ Council.

With over 10 years in customer service and a background in business operations, Tasha has mastered what it takes to deliver exceptional service while still being efficient and poised to serve her clients needs. Tasha is best known for her serving heart and dedication to help others achieve success across any platform. Tasha is a native New Yorker and has relocated to Houston in 2016 with her husband and their three daughters. Tasha is an active member of The Luke Church of Humble where she serves on the dance ministry. Her hobbies include traveling, volunteering and spending time with her family.
