Born in Wharton, Texas I was raised in Fort Bend Co. Coming from a large family my parent taught me the importance of respect for people and the value of hard work. Every job, no matter the size, and every person you work for deserves 110%. This is a motto I live by and has defined my character. I have been spend much of my time exploring Houston/surrounding areas and meeting it's people. The architecture, the restaurants, the museums, the culture and the nightlife. I spend a good deal of my time inside the loop but on any given weekend I can be found anywhere from Katy to Baytown and Conroe to Galveston. Over the past 15 years I have come to realize what "community" means. I have been a volunteer with the American Cancer Society planning Relay For Life Events in Fort Bend Co, and Montrose. I have educated volunteers on local, state and national levels. I am also a volunteer with Pride Houston.

With a degree in Applied Learning and Development from The University of Texas at Austin, Kristi's strategic interest in real estate is educating the client through the purchase and sales process. As a native Houstonian, Kristi grew up in Kingwood and has lived in West University and Southampton. As a Certified Relocation Professional, her great insight into Houston's various markets is what makes her knowledge unique in being a specialist to specific areas and details to Houston's real estate. Before becoming a Realtor®, Kristi spent 12 years in residential banking and finance, successfully negotiating and underwriting mortgage purchase and refinance transactions saving her clients money along the way. This experience further enhances her value to her clients by providing expert contract negotiating skills and extensive knowledge of the mortgage loan, appraisal process and financing options to the multitude of fine details which make or break each transaction. She brings her financial expertise to each real estate transaction allowing her customers to feel at ease in any situation. Kristi's growing success as an agent is a result of her patient and diligent demeanor, and her unwavering ability to consider her clients' best interest above all. Once she has fully vetted a property, she focuses on strategically negotiating each transaction to create additional value for her clients. She's always accessible, great about following up, and ready to go the extra mile.

Meagan Girouard brings a myriad of skills, experiences and talents to Realty Associates. She is a native of Brazoria County and was educated at Brazoswood High School. She received an Environmental Science degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio. In her previous job in the oil and gas industry, Meagan enhanced her skills as a transaction coordinator, facilitator and in the use of technology. These areas of expertise have transferred to her real estate career which is her dream job and career. Her skills, experience and talents are now focused on helping friends, family and the community to buy their dream home.
