As a daughter in a Naval family that moved many times, Colleen Hawkins can totally relate to families and individuals relocating from other locales, whether from coast to coast, state to state, city to city, or just across town. In fact, Colleen has lived in California, Florida, Hawaii, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia and now Texas (where her most recent move was one of only about 22 miles, from Katy to Cypress). Added to that, Colleen and her husband have renovated every home that they have lived in, learning much about construction. In the past, they have also been involved in real estate investment, acquiring and rehabilitating properties while absorbing a great deal about the processes involved. This wealth of experience makes Colleen an excellent advocate for buyers as well as sellers.

Willing to spend whatever time it takes to get them into the home of their dreams, Colleen is good at listening to people, managing details and is a good communicator. Before beginning her career in real estate in 2014, Colleen was a Manager and Program Developer for hospital-based wellness centers for 30 years, focused on providing great customer service. She assisted individuals with problem solving, helped them define their problem or goal and set up active strategies to reach those goals. In the process, she developed good communication and time management skills and has considerable experience working with the public and other professionals. As a result, she is very confident.

With a BS in Social Work and an MS in Exercise Physiology, Colleen and husband, Jim, have been married since 1977. They have two married children and four grandchildren.

Carla Economos is a native Houstonian who has witnessed many stages of the real estate cycle throughout her life. As a graduate of The University of Houston, Carla enjoyed three decades of experience in the flooring industry after which she set her sights on residential real estate.

In her long career as a Houstonian, Carla has lived in Oak Forest/Garden Oaks, the Galleria area and Bellaire before settling in the Memorial Villages. Currently, she resides in Spring Branch where the real estate is thriving. She has always been at the forefront of real estate trends in these key areas and has seen enormous changes in the housing market over the years. Consequently, Carla has honed the ability to monitor these market movements and capitalize on periods of high value.

Specifically, her skill set has grown through her buying, remodeling and selling homes as well as managing of agricultural properties in both Bellville and Houston. Carla's working knowledge has also increased from owning a condominium in Galveston and dealing with vacation renters and the maintenance of this property.

She has a true passion for helping others and the outdoors which includes plants, cattle, wildlife, beaches, golfing and traveling with her family and friends. Carla and her family are members of Chapelwood United Methodist Church where she loves volunteering in mentoring troubled teens and adults.
