I'm a professional Realtor with 15+ years of sales experience. I acquired my real estate license in 2004 while living in Louisiana. I moved to the Houston area 15 years ago and fell in love with this great city. I take pride in helping others achieve the dream of home ownership. I am a full service real estate entity. I can help with purchases, sales, leasing, new home sales, property management, and property taxes. I help buyers by negotiating the best deal available while educating them throughout the entire process. I help my sellers by offering my expertise of the growing real estate market of Houston with great marketing tools and the latest technology. My goal is to be the only Realtor my clients will ever use. My motto is "If you wouldn't go to court without a lawyer you should not buy, sell, or lease a home without me as your Realtor!!!"

Vianey Quintana Casarez was raised in El Campo, TX and now a long-time Houstonian. Her love for real estate began during her college career when she worked as a receptionist for a large realty company. With her deeply-rooted family tendencies of real estate investments, she has naturally grown to love real estate and the exciting opportunities that the industry creates.

In addition, Vianey has also served the Houston healthcare industry for more than a decade. She received a Bachelor's of Science degree in nursing in 2007, a Master's of Science degree in nurse anesthesia in 2012, and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree in 2014.

With both backgrounds, she aims to use her empathetic skills of healthcare and truly offer a holistic and professional approach in the real estate needs of her clients.
