Born and raised in Texas, I am familiar with all areas of Houston and Galveston County. I worked in residential development and new home construction for over 20 years, dealing with all aspects of raw land development and new home construction, to residential and commercial sales, customer service and administration. During this time frame, I had the pleasure of assisting many people with the purchase of their first new home... their second home, their retirement home and I got to experience the complete fulfillment that comes with this life changing experience! This fulfillment led me to getting my real estate license so I could continue helping buyers and sellers through having my real estate business.



Purchasing a home, as well as selling an existing home, is one of the largest decisions one can make in their lifetime and I am devoted to making all areas of buying, selling, leasing/renting, land purchasing, or finding the right spot for your business the greatest and most successful experience you can have.

Troy Espenlaub was born and raised in the Houston area. He and his wife, Heather, have proudly called the Atascocita area home for the past 17 years. Troy graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Finance. He passed all four parts of the CPA examination that same year and began his career working as an auditor with an emphasis on large publicly traded companies in the energy sector.

Troy left his position as a Manager at a Big Four Accounting Firm at the end of 2007 in order to help his parents operate their two quick service restaurant franchise locations prior to their retirement. He completed the training required by the franchisor and was approved to purchase both restaurant locations in 2010. Troy gained valuable experience as entrepreneurs while operating a multi-million-dollar business. He was able to significantly increase the company's revenue and value during his tenure as an owner/operator. He gained an appreciation for community involvement through the many activities and organizations that he was privileged to be a part of as a small business owner.

Since leaving the restaurant industry, Troy has obtained his Real Estate Sales Associate License and has teamed up with Real Property Management, the largest property management company in North America in order to offer property management services in the Northeast Houston area and beyond under the name Real Property Management Avitus. Troy believes strongly that a rental property is a business and should be managed with that in mind. Troy does not buy or sell properties, but instead chooses to focus completely on the business of providing diligent rental property listing and management services to his clients. Troy is proud member of the Lake Houston Area Chamber of Commerce and The Humble Rotary Club.

Angela Thibodeaux is a native Houstonian. She grew up in Third Ward and Missouri City, and is well acquainted with the greater Houston metropolitan area. She is currently a proud homeowner in southeast Houston. While relatively new to real estate, Angela has proven herself as a spirited negotiator, a strong client advocate, and an effective salesperson. She is well-organized and attentive to the smallest of details. Overall, customer satisfaction is her top priority and she views each of her clients as an extension of her own family. Angela is particularly interested in helping first-time buyers achieve their real estate dreams. She is more than willing to assist potential homeowners from the very beginning of the home search to keys in hand. She welcomes all interested future homeowners to travel this journey with Angela as their guide.
