Nekebra is a native Houstonian, representing homeowners and future homeowners, serving Northeast Houston and the Metro area with Sucre Realty. She brings with her, rock-solid experience as a Veteran of the United States Armed Forces, and a former middle school teacher. She has a love for children, sports and has traveled the world! While discovering her passion for real estate, Kierra Coleman attended Prairie View A&M University and graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. She has been employed at mortgage companies, which has leveraged her knowledge in the loan process and helped her become familiarized with specific contracts to the transaction. Prior to Kierra's employment in the mortgage industry, her excellent communication, negotiation strategies and interpersonal skills derived from being employed in upscale retail for six years.



Kierra values integrity, hard work and to create memorable experiences for her clients. She is currently servicing the Houston area as a native Houstonian. With her knowledge of the fascinating city, her clients will be well educated to make the best choice tailored to their needs.


At her leisure, Kierra can be found in the gym, writing poetry, or exploring nature. She enjoys giving back to the homeless by volunteering with F.R.E.S.H Project Houston.

Troy Espenlaub was born and raised in the Houston area. He and his wife, Heather, have proudly called the Atascocita area home for the past 17 years. Troy graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Finance. He passed all four parts of the CPA examination that same year and began his career working as an auditor with an emphasis on large publicly traded companies in the energy sector.

Troy left his position as a Manager at a Big Four Accounting Firm at the end of 2007 in order to help his parents operate their two quick service restaurant franchise locations prior to their retirement. He completed the training required by the franchisor and was approved to purchase both restaurant locations in 2010. Troy gained valuable experience as entrepreneurs while operating a multi-million-dollar business. He was able to significantly increase the company's revenue and value during his tenure as an owner/operator. He gained an appreciation for community involvement through the many activities and organizations that he was privileged to be a part of as a small business owner.

Since leaving the restaurant industry, Troy has obtained his Real Estate Sales Associate License and has teamed up with Real Property Management, the largest property management company in North America in order to offer property management services in the Northeast Houston area and beyond under the name Real Property Management Avitus. Troy believes strongly that a rental property is a business and should be managed with that in mind. Troy does not buy or sell properties, but instead chooses to focus completely on the business of providing diligent rental property listing and management services to his clients. Troy is proud member of the Lake Houston Area Chamber of Commerce and The Humble Rotary Club.
