Strong listening, communication skills, conversant in Spanish combined with technological proficiency, are Sal's strengths. He is diligent about staying in touch with both active clients and previous buyers and sellers, keeping them abreast of trends in their neighborhoods using cutting-edge technology. Sal maintains a positive attitude and has incredible energy and a level head, necessary attributes in often complicated negotiations and transactions. He is always accessible to his clients. He is readily involved in the community and donates his time to charitable causes.. He currently sits on the Board of directors for an organization that has served the Houston community for the last 20 years.
