I consider myself ALMOST a native Texan as I've lived here since the age of 2. I love diversity, and growing up in Houston has allowed me to build lasting multicultural relationships, which I cherish today. I began working in sales at a young age selling everything from cars to cell phones, which I excelled in for 10 years. At 24, I purchased my first home and it was then that my love for sales and my new appreciation for homeownership combined to create an interest in the real estate field. Highly competitive by nature, I enjoy fighting for my clients and negotiating the best possible deals for them. I do that by always finding ways to improve my abilities, periodically attending courses to further my knowledge in subjects such as representing buyers, negotiation tactics, staging and many others. I consider myself a "techie," but also don't veer from the old-fashioned skills of "door knocking" and face-to-face interactions. Though I enjoy working with buyers, I particularly excel with sellers as I've gained a reputation for knowledge in staging and preparing a home to show in a way to maximize buyer interest and minimize days on the market. Also, with a brother and sister in real estate investing, I've been able to see behind the scenes and inner workings of the process which has given me better insight and tools to work with investors. Health and fitness are very important to me, so staying in shape keeps me on top of my game to guide my clients through the sometimes overwhelming process of selling or buying a home, and I'm sure to bring integrity and a genuine passion to represent my clients to every transaction. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, trying out new restaurants, attending networking events, spending time with family and friends and walking my Doberman, Bamboo. I am also fluent in Spanish.
