Charles is a real estate entrepreneur who brings an impressive set of credentials and life experiences to his career. A graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and a minor in Physics, Charles also interned at NASA during the Apollo space program.

When the aerospace budget was cut in the early 1970s, Charles turned his focus to real estate and has been perfecting those skills ever since. While still working as an appraiser, he began helping his Realtor wife, Dorothy McDermott in her residential sales career by assisting her with value analyses and marketing plans. By 2002, this experience ultimately evolved into a full time residential sales career for Charles, and he has never looked back.
