Houston became Debra's home after moving from Louisville, Kentucky in 1980. She settled in the Deerfield Village community four years later where she has been ever since. Before real estate became her chosen profession, she fed her entrepreneurial spirit as owner/operator of a small retail business. No doubt this endeavor sharpened her ability to identify and successfully meet the needs of the people she serves, which is her expressed goal as a Realtor today.

Debra majored in business at Louisiana State University. Married to her high school sweetheart, she has two grown children and four grandchildren. She is active in her neighborhood HOA and gathers with a group of friends weekly to play Mah Jongg. One of Debra's proudest achievements in life to date is after receiving a cancer diagnosis in 2011, undergoing treatment and two stem cell transplants, she has been cancer free since 2014. Debra pledges to provide her clients that same positive "can-do" spirit.

Renae Nelson, a mother of two, raised her children in the Bunker Hill area of Houston. Becoming an empty nester, Renae pursued her career as a real estate professional, helping many people to buy and sell homes, all over the Houston area.

Renae's love of architecture and history led her to join Circa Real Estate, which specializes in the historic homes of the Heights. As a member of the Houston Heights Women's Club Heritage Group, she is actively working to give back to the community.
